Behavior Change And Associates

Behavior Change and Associates seeks to provide exceptional ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental or learning disabilities. We aim to use a science based approach, Applied Behavioral Analysis, to improve human behavior so individuals can reach their highest potential. We accomplish this using evidence-based teaching strategies to teach essential skills for all of our learners. Utilizing data recording to help guide our progress, and decision making, allows us to constantly monitor progress, and adjust our approach when required. Developing a comprehensive, individualized plan to meet your child's needs is the first step in our process. We use our assessment of communication, behavior, and functional skills to begin the process and start teaching! We get started with the essential skills right away. Once we are successful, we help transfer the skills to the environment in which they would occur naturally. This can be in the home, community, or school setting. Moreover, we would train the caregiver(s), or teacher, the strategies that were successful.
