At Behaviour Lab, we see it as our mission to improve the way that the world makes investments; by together developing strategies and decision-making processes which reduce the negative effect that biases have on performance. Working with asset managers, private equity firms, insurance companies and executive boards we improve performance by identifying decision making negatively impacted by unconscious bias. We use analytics and behavioural science to look at their impact on performance, and how to limit these effects. We are passionate about continuous improvement, as individuals, as teams and organizations. Being able to measure and reflect on our own decisions and how we make these is a critical first step in such a journey.
