BTS is dedicated to bringing “studio” level knowledge and efficiencies to small and mid-sized film, tv and other media producers, while providing outsourcing solutions to larger producers. Our primary service is to provide optimal up-front financial structuring, and to efficiently obtain all applicable Canadian government certifications and tax credits. We provide this service either "a la carte", or as part of a greater package of business and legal affairs services, including arranging and managing interim financing deals. We also offer customized solutions, including financial and profit participation reporting, residuals/royalties analysis and reporting, rights analysis and management, and ancillary revenue collections including retransmission royalties, blank tape levies and music publishing royalties.
