Behive Built Environment Sustainability

Our focus is the Built Environment which is represented by the “be” in our name. Additionally we see a building not as a “thing” but as an integrated composite of spaces and services designed to effectively house a working, interacting community: a “hive”, that is our focus to improve and sustain the hive. behive then represents our mission; to facilitate an efficient and effective built environment which enables the community of owners, tenants, staff and visitors optimum amenity, hence a behive. We also value the resources required in the built environment and to this end we have also undertaken guest lecturing and research project supervision at the University of South Australia as well as “in-house” presentations.
