Ltd is fully owned by Beijer Ref Group, a public listed company in Sweden, The company was called Heatcraft (Wuxi) previously and Beijer Ref Group completed its acquisition in May, 2018. The Beijer Ref Group is focused on trading and distribution operations within refrigeration products, air conditioning and heat pumps.
