Toby Robertson, CIHC, CMA Toby received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods to assist those who are tired of one-size-fits-all approaches to dieting, drained from toxic relationships, and overwhelmed by stress at work, many of whom want to feel great in your body. Studying with the world's top health and wellness experts including Joshua Rosenthal, founder, and director of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Deepak Chopra, MD leader in the field of mind-body medicine, David Wolfe, raw food leader, and nutrition expert and many more, her education has equipped her with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Her education includes innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories including Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between to assist those who are tired of one-size-fits-all approaches to dieting. As founder of Being Healthy Is…, where the motto is customizing balanced strength with individual transformation, she discusses things beyond food, seeking to bring synchronicity to important elements such as love and relationships as well as career and money. Her technique personally and carefully guides her clients to make simple, small changes that transform their lives one step at a time.
