Being Humanly

Janelle, Lisa and Rich launched the Being Humanly brand to provide online education and support to teams in human services who are transforming how they are of service. Together with our customers, we're redefining what it means to be of service in an authentic, person-directed way, and we love that your team can be located anywhere to enjoy our range of world-first, online learning opportunities. Being Humanly is the phoenix of Humanly, a social enterprise that was established in July 2020, in the Waikato, by Lisa Clausen (Facilitator and Changeologist) and Janelle Fisher (Facilitator and Community Psychologist). Both fiercely believe that relationships are the real currency of business (Bajic, 2015). At Being Humanly, we are passionate about ‘human beings being human’, at home, at work, and in the community - something that has been overtaken in many parts of our busy, impersonal, technology-driven lives. We deliver by consulting, facilitation, coaching and training, as your go-to for online learning. Everyone has their own experience of the difference between an interaction that recognises and respects your humanity, and one that doesn’t. The value-add of the human connection is priceless.
