Being Mother

When a baby is born, so is a mother. Being a mother is a new stage in one's development and brings whole new perspectives and skillsets enough to grow a human being from scratch, let alone any team or business. We want to encourage women who chose to spend time with their children to proudly show this experience "as a real job", rather than hiding it in between your LinkedIn profile entries like it is a "career break" that you need to explain to future employers. This is a "company" where you can have whatever title and job description you please, whether it is "CEO of a Madhouse" or "Product Manager of a Newborn", tell your story and what skills you have gained that makes you a more experienced human, team member, manager or founder or whatever role you choose to take on. After you update your Linkedin profile, please share on social media with hashtag #beingmother and tag a few fellow mothers to share their journey too!
