Beira Architecture Studio

BEIRA is a young architecture studio in Santiago de Compostela, founded in 2022 by Juan Esturao, Ana Irisarri, Belén Monjardín, and José Manuel Usabiaga, all architects graduated from the University of A Coruña. We have developed professionally in various companies, architecture studios, and public sectors, in places such as Galicia, Asturias, Barcelona, Madrid, or Berlin. Thanks to our different backgrounds, we have gained experience in carrying out projects ranging from large international architecture projects to small works, covering areas such as public works or retail. Thus, we have managed to form a multidisciplinary team capable of managing everything from large-scale projects with various stakeholders, to the rehabilitation of a building or the refurbishment of a commercial space, to even small apartment or house renovations, always with attention to detail and sensitivity. We work throughout the national territory, with an extensive network of collaborators, with special emphasis on Galicia and Asturias, where we have ongoing projects in Santiago, A Coruña, and Vigo. Our philosophy is to contribute to a unique, sustainable, and environmentally respectful architecture that, first and foremost, meets the needs of our clients. We work hand in hand in a thoughtful and professional manner, seeking the best performance for our projects, valuing customized solutions, constructive economy, and respect for materials. We believe in democratic architecture, adaptable to all people and budgets, designed with rigor, aesthetics, ecology, and technology in mind.
