We facilitate self-discovery to support personal and collective shifts in awareness. Through new modes of learning, immersive experiences and non-ordinary spaces, we will “break open” the container of self to explore new ways of being — in work and in life. Together, we have combined 40 years of experience in a large consulting house. Our paths crossed many times over the years in order to experiment, pilot and launch transformative programs. Once the timing was right, we jumped at the opportunity to work together again. Ladana: Being a partner in Deloitte fuelled my passion to reimagine Work as a platform for self-discovery and actualization, which lead me to Deloitte Leadership Consulting. Honouring my calling, I became a Cambridge Coach focusing on Gestalt and evolutionary coaching; and currently, I am a PhD student researching Leadership Awakening for Societal Change. Business is the most influential and resource rich institution on our planet. Considering the myriad of crises we currently face, I believe that evolving leadership consciousness—from ego-consciousness to eco-consciousness—is the only way to create a thriving planet through thriving business. Mary-Brennan: Through a mindful and experiential approach, rooted in Narrative Coaching, I walk alongside individuals as they discover, access, and reconnect with their inner stories, enabling them to better navigate the accelerating complexities and turbulence of our times. By viewing challenges and situations through a narrative lens, I believe that we unlock fresh insights, enhance our intuitive skills and nurture creativity within ourselves, our teams, and our organizations. My approach is grounded in over 20 years of experience as an effective communications advisor to CEOs and C-suite executives where I engaged with leaders in the development and sharing of stories that helped nurture human connection and drive positive change.
