Beleza was the name of the 37' sailboat my grandparents sailed across the Pacific for seven years when they were in their late 60's. My grandmother, my lifelong mentor, did all the navigation for their journey using a sextant and star charts - no GPS. Until the day she died she wore a gold sextant charm around her neck to remind her of the importance of navigating the journey. Beleza Advisors seeks to follow her example - boldly helping organizations navigate their journeys to better fulfill their missions of research, education and outreach.
