belight by Caroline's mission is to help career-driven women achieve their physical and emotional well-being goals. The programs offered are designed to help women free themselves from emotional eating, manage stress, and lose the weight accumulated over the course of their demanding careers. Caroline is a certified intuitive eating coach who uses various techniques, including NLP and other methods used by professional athletes, to help her coachees achieve their well-being goals. Her experience in various positions within the sports, industrial, and academic fields, often in leadership roles, has allowed her to create and test methods that work and are tailored to women with a super-busy schedule.
