Belinda Thomas Inc

Leaders deserve to love what they do, and the world is screaming out for great leadership. We work with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to develop brilliant leaders and high performing teams. What does that mean? We’ve worked across a vast range of organisations. From Government and major international corporations to solo-prenenuer start-ups. We’ve seen a whole lotta stuff and we totally reject linearity! You already know that the world is sucking the life out of leaders in SMEs. Larger corporates can weather storms, as they have more padding to come and go on. SMEs don’t fail, their leadership does. The challenges faced by leaders of SMEs in these times of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity - on steroids) are unprecedented. You have bigger challenges that won’t be fixed with old thinking or cookie-cutter crap. The real challenge is getting what you need to be better. Belinda Thomas Inc is about you being brilliant, and loving leadership. Yup - not only getting the leadership skills you need, but some fun along the way too. But… but… but… leadership is a serious business. Yeah, we were told that too. We just chose not to follow the status quo. Nor should you. Give mediocrity the bird.
