Bella De Paso

We produce around 100 gallons of extra virgin olive oil, from a blend of the Tuscan varieties of Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. Our grove is located in Paso Robles, CA Our dreams of an olive grove started in the early when we purchased land it what was at the time, the sleepy town of Paso Robles, CA. The 11 acres half occupied with an untended apple orchard were far from a blank canvas, but with the help of friends and family, we cleared the way and planted 300 olive trees. The first batch of trees went into the ground in 2003 over a chilly Thanksgiving weekend. Now we are producing olive oil that has a smooth buttery texture upfront followed by a nice, peppery finish that marks a quality olive oil. We pride ourselves on producing great extra virgin olive oil that is worthy of the name "The Beauty of Paso".
