Bellaluc thinks differently - It is a smart design driven company with a desire to create places that enhance our lives and make the world a better place. Bellaluc was created in 2014 as a design consulting practice with expertise in large scale award wining master planning, to conceiving and building mixed use projects and hospitality internationally, and domestically. Over the last 7 years we have focused on partnering with developers and business owners to create strategic design solutions, through feasibility studies, visioning packages, highest and best use analysis, branding sessions, retail studies and concepts, as well as strategic workshops. We use the 25 years of design and management experience on a variety of projects along with business acumen to deliver compelling projects that increase asset value for the client.
