You will work directly with Maya to customize a menu that satisfies even your pickiest guests' palates without breaking the bank. She also helps with each step of the planning and execution process down to the last detail. Our chefs make all of your food with the finest ingredients from scratch. We can create menus that are Passed, Plated, Family Style, Russian Family Style, Russian Table Service, Buffet or Butlered Buffet. Our robust menu ideas reflect a sampling of our authentic and fusion world cuisine from American to Asian, from Southern BBQ to Mexican to Indian and beyond.
