Bellatrix Consulting Group works with non-profits, professional associations and corporate clients throughout Virginia & the United States to support and increase program efficiencies, membership, board functionality, dollars raised and community partnerships and awareness. We works with clients to develop fundraising strategies, increase community relations, develop and execute signature events. Bellatrix provides a wide range of services allowing clients to customize their a unique work plan to support their specific needs and goals. A dedicated amount of time is spent with clients understanding their needs, expectations, existing programs and community reach before developing their specific strategy. Then we provide each of our clients with the tools and skills needed to execute and successfully reach both long and short-term goals in a positive environment. Since 2012, Bellatrix Consulting Group has worked with numerous clients to build stronger fund development campaigns, enhance already existing programs, and ensure the governing boards are diverse and efficient. The firm has worked to manage logistics, programming, sponsorships, and marketing for special event and annual conferences. By putting in place the supports and connecting clients with the networks that result in long-term success and sustainability we ensure that each project is just a quick-fix.
