In this way all the actions carried out in the field of the detection, selection and impulse of the talent are oriented to the obtaining of profitability on the part of our clients. In 2016 Belmonte Group is created, a group specialized in integral consultancy in Human Resources and Communication. Creativity is important for us, but it is more the results, ultimately the profitability of our clients.
