Over 50 Years of Service Founding Fathers, Paul and Leo Lugge, opened the doors in 1959. When Paul and Leo began the company, they had only four employees and it was originally named Belleville-O'Fallon Cooling and Heating. Today, BELOMAN is the Market Leader in the Madison, St. Clair and Monroe county area. It was the early vision and hard work of Paul Lugge and now his son Jim that has made BELOMAN the most trusted name in home comfort. Jim Lugge has continued the growth of the company with the advent of BEL-O Plumbing. Today, BELOMAN has grown to over 50 employees with a combined 1,250+ years of experience to remain a strong company striving to be a leader in the Metro East communities.
