Who are we: We are an innovation and social change hub working towards an inclusive and connected Aotearoa, where we all belong. • What is our vision: is an inclusive, connected Aotearoa, New Zealand that gives people equitable opportunity and access to what they need, to thrive and live the lives they value, achieved by driving innovation. • What do we do? We work to address the root causes of persistent and prevalent barriers to inclusion, connection and wellbeing for newcomer communities by identify opportunities to innovate change collaboratively and collectively. This can look like research, consultations, community outreach projects, media campaigns, advocacy, workshops, and training. • Who do we work with? With others across public, private and community to shift the persistent systemic barriers to newcomers having a positive settlement journey, with a focus on employment, social isolation and racism.
