Belong Consultancy is a boutique, female-led executive search and transformation consultancy. We connect exceptional people with exceptional companies and partner with them to pioneer change, drive transformation and accelerate growth- Our Mission - Large executive search firms and Big 4 consultancies can be expensive, slow to mobilise and constrained by scale. Generalist recruitment firms, by contrast, are transactional and lack specialist knowledge, a consultative approach and empathy. Belong was established to solve this problem. We are proud to be independent, specialist and different from the rest- Prioritising Diversity & Promising Disruption - As a female-led consultancy, championing women and diversity is closer to our hearts than most. Our Founder and CEO, Jessica, left school at 16 with no A Levels or university degree. She has experienced first-hand what it is like to work, build a company and sit in boardrooms as a minority. Jessica is relentless in her mission to challenge the status quo and disrupt the world of business. We give a voice to those who have been overlooked – whether due to gender, age, education, sexual orientation, ethics, neurodiversity or parenthood – and ensure that exceptional leaders from all backgrounds are heard, valued and placed where they can make the greatest impact.
