Beloved Homecare, formerly known as Heritage Healthcare is a family run business based in Urmston, rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission in 2018. The motivation to enter the homecare market came after a family member received poor quality care whilst suffering from the early stages of dementia. The company was awarded an overall “Outstanding” CQC rating following an inspection in January 2018. Beloved Homecare is the only care provider rated as overall “Outstanding” in the whole of Trafford. With ‘Outstanding’ home care services from Beloved Homecare, their clients continue to live independently within the comfort and familiarity of their own home instead of having to go into residential care. Client welfare is at the heart of every decision made and because of this, continual feedback is hugely important. A high level of transparency ensures that the care provided is of the highest possible standard and is meeting all service user requirements. All members of staff are subject to thorough pre-employment checks to ensure safety and compliance. In addition to this, members of staff receive comprehensive training with regular updates to provide the highest quality care.
