Owned by its employees in partnership with RHJ International SA - a publicly-listed investment firm - the Belvall Capital group partners with leading commercial banks in local markets to deliver innovative debt solutions. The Belvall Capital group's investment professionals tailor each financial structure to the borrower's situation, whether for a change in share ownership, refinancing, expansion, acquisition or simply to improve liquidity. Belvall Capital was founded in July 2009 by the senior management of DAM Capital, a joint venture of Dresdner Bank and the Anschutz Corporation founded in 2003. Belvall is staffed by the former investment team of DAM Capital Management and has continued to act as the investment advisor to DAM Capital. Since 2003 the Belvall Capital investment team has committed over €600 million in total debt facilities. The Belvall group invests up to €40 million per client with terms ranging from 5 to 10 years and looks to re-invest in client relationships. Borrowers typically have revenues between €75 million and €1 billion.
