PT Somos um restaurante tipicamente beirão, fiel à tradição de bem receber, erguido em antigo lagar de pedra com esplanada para as vinhas, onde pode descobrir os melhores vinhos do Dão. É nossa responsabilidade dar a conhecer o melhor que a região da Beira Alta tem para oferecer. Trabalhamos com pequenos produtores e quintas locais e respeitamos a sazonalidade dos ingredientes e produtos. O nosso bem haja vai para quem nos visita de longe, mas também para com a gente da nossa terra. ENG We are a (very) typical Portuguese Beira Alta restaurant built in an old stone mill and with a terrace overlooking the vineyards, where you can taste the best local food and pair it with the best Dão wines. We believe it is our call to showcase the best food and wines that our region has to offer. We work with small producers and local farms and respect the seasonality of ingredients and products.
