Benard + Associates is comprised of three divisions including: Regulatory Solutions, Workplace Solutions, and Education + Training. Each division is designed to support our unique client groups. Regulatory Solutions is aimed at assisting professional regulators with investigations, mediation, and policy design support. This includes investigations into allegations of professional misconduct, incompetence, or incapacity. Workplace Solutions provides investigation, workplace assessment, mediation, and human resources consulting services to a broad range of employers. We assist them in meeting their legislative obligations around harassment and violence prevention, including anti-discrimination and human rights matters. The expertise of our team is always welcomed by our clients who are dealing with situations that require third party neutrals to undertake unbiased approaches aimed at resolution. Our approach is unparalleled in the industry as we help clients determine best approaches first, then we offer tailored services that will address their unique needs. Finally, our Education + Training division provides customized educational programs that guide people to become better investigators and conflict managers. In addition, we have developed and deliver engaging programs for team building and workplace restoration. We also have coaching and mentoring programs designed to work with investigators and help them gain confidence in their individual skills as investigation professionals. We also work with managers, supervisors and corporate leaders to fine tune their leadership and communication skills.
