Headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, Benchmark Integrated Health was established in July 2018 to develop and operate a network of behavioral health facilities across the country. Benchmark Integrated Health provides psychiatric services to its patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics and therapeutic school-based programs.
