Bending Granite

Bending Granite seeks to inspire and support leaders of change. It is relevant for all organizational sectors- business, service, non-profit, education, and public. It is not a step-by-step manual, but instead, it uses the power of storytelling to share each author’s trials and tribulations to improve a world vital to them and the people they serve. Each author illustrates what leaders at all levels of an organization can do with attention to purpose, processes, and people to create real change. Bending Granite, the book, is the first step in creating an online community of leaders supporting each other, sharing what works and what doesn’t -and celebrating the accomplishments of our readers. And, if you have a story to tell, we can help you tell it and offer you a place to share it with others.
