Benefits Plus is a third-party administrator that designs, installs and administers tax-deductible retirement and cafeteria plans for businesses. We handle all types of tax-deductible plans including 401k, defined benefit, and new comparability. Our goal is to make it easy for the employer to maintain a successful, qualified plan. We strive to provide accurate, timely service for our customers' plans, with minimal employer involvement. Benefits Plus works exclusively in the field of qualified (tax-deductible) plans, employing knowledgeable customer service representatives with the interest and ability to understand and apply complex retirement plan regulations, yet who are also able to talk with employees in layman's terms.
