We are a mobile catering kitchen that pride ourselves in delivering Italian street food in its finest, most authentic way and how it is still served in Naples to this day. We do not just provide a high standard of tasty food but we create a unique atmosphere too. We play traditional Italian music whilst wearing professional chef uniforms to provide an incredible experience for our customers. Our dough recipe is one that has been used in Naples for generations and was given to us by one of the oldest restaurants in the city. Almost all of our pizza topping selections are original Italian toppings, other than our BBQ pizza that was chosen for its popularity within the UK. All of the pizzas are served 'pizza a portafoglio'-meaning 'wallet'. This involves the pizzas being folded and served in logoed, greaseproof paper. As well as being the original street food way, its also easier to eat on the move and is more environmentally friendly in comparison to the more commonly used 'pizza box'. Paper plates are an alternative option if requested. We also sell filled paninis, soft drinks, hot drinks and chocolate dough balls for the sweeter tooth!
