Benton Real Properties, LLC is a privately held Portland based real estate company. We work with finance partners to invest in and provide asset management services for commercial and residential properties. Our mission is to create economic value for our clients and investors, through the acquisition of real estate assets that yield above–average returns and have significant appreciation potential. We purchase distressed properties, renovate and re-sell or rent the property. This improves the neighborhood and raises housing values. We also buy vacant land and building lots to construct new homes, and offer affordable financing terms to qualified buyers.
