Bequest Insurance helps donors be more generous than they ever dreamed by helping them use the multiplying power of life insurance to give to their favourite charities. We also work with charitable organizations, helping them promote gifts of life insurance and annuities, and providing them with support from experienced financial advisors who are experts in integrating charitable giving into estate plans. Our work is free to donors and charities. Our efforts are compensated by insurance companies, when we help donors set up new insurance policies and annuities. Team member Marlena McCarthy is marketing pro with 30 years of experience in crafting fundraising, planned giving and communications materials for charities. Judy Dore & Jack Bergmans (CFP) are independent insurance brokers with expertise in integrating charitable giving into estate planning. Working with respected insurance companies renowned for good corporate citizenship, we tailor insurance policies to allow donors to pay them off in any time period they choose, from one payment to easy payments made over a number of years. We also source charitable gift annuities, and suggest strategies to help donors give very generously, increase their current income, reduce or eliminate estate taxes, secure their financial future, and provide for their heirs.
