Together with dedicated staff, we offer a combined base of experience of more than 70 years across a wide variety of sectors, specialising in high-end residential homes/apartments, mixed-use developments and commercial projects across Sydney and regional NSW. With both Richard and Ian having previously been founders of major national Australian QS firms, they have consistently helped some of Australia’s largest and most respected developers, architects and organizations turn their ideas into reality.
