BerConn Global specialise in private practice recruitment, both domestic and international. We are a privately owned, boutique legal search agency based in Sydney and Adelaide, Australia. At BerConn Global, we are dedicated owner operators. With 40 years’ combined recruitment experience, working at international agencies and specialist boutique search firms, Jenny Bermheden and Karlie Connellan established BerConn Global in July 2015. We offer lawyers and law firms around the world a unique, bespoke and subsequently more positive experience. We listen and always act with absolute integrity. BerConn Global have no jurisdictional boundaries and work with leading law firms globally. We have established solid connections and a proven track record in the domestic and international markets, although we do not align ourselves with any specific law firm. Should an assignment lead to a market where we do not yet have existing relationships, we are fully prepared to establish these on behalf of the lawyer we are representing. BerConn Global work with high-calibre lawyers, whom we have personally identified and approached or who have been recommended to us. We take a conscientious and professional approach throughout the recruitment process and will only work with lawyers who we are confident we can assist and who share our values.
