Beredskapslyftet

Beredskapslyftet was launched in the spring of 2020 by Novare in collaboration with the Wallenberg Foundations and Sophiahemmet University. Together, they developed an intensive training course to reskill laid off cabin crew from SAS, enabling them to quickly support the healthcare system during the pandemic. Today, Beredskapslyftet is a non-profit organization that serves as a platform for mobilizing resources from the private sector to support society during crises and major events where businesses are uniquely positioned to contribute. The founders of the organization are Novare, FAM, and SAAB. Current members include the founders as well as Axel Johnson. Since its inception, Beredskapslyftet has launched several initiatives, including the Ukrainian Professional Support Center and Reskilling Ukraine. Beredskapslyftet is also part of the crime prevention program Rätt Kurva, run by the Swedish Police.
