We have been working leather since 1960, when Luciano Bergamini opened a small family laboratory in San Lazzaro di Savena (BO). Today, with the third generation of entrepreneurs running the company and after more than twenty years of business on an industrial scale, we produce on a contract basis for some of the most prestigious high-end brands in the European fashion industry. We put our vocation for craftsmanship and many years of industrial experience at their service. We are specialised in small leather goods: wallets and coin purses, clutches, key rings, organisers, card holders, cases, desk pads. As well as handbags, backpacks and special projects. We combine the high quality of our products with a large production capacity and considerable flexibility. In the Tunis facility, more than 300 craftsmen and factory workers work on multiple production lines that can be implemented as needed. In almost thirty years, Italian craftsmen have trained more than 300 Tunisian workers: a team that was created in the most authentic tradition of “made in Italy”. We believe that the good craftsmanship of a leather good can be seen intuitively, that it is a question of overall consistency, the freshness that surprises your hand when you touch it. Producing leather goods where you can see an “expert touch” implies the ability to best interpret each type of leather and to “dress” each item in the most natural and balanced way. We have automated every possible production step without impacting the quality of the product, while knowing that it is the manual skills of the craftsman that makes the difference.
