Bergen Park Capital Management, LLC is a fundamental, bottom-up value investor with expertise in non-US, small-mid cap equities. Bergen Park’s objective is to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing in companies that are inherently undervalued. More specifically, BPC manages diversified portfolios of stocks whose fundamental characteristics support limited downside risk and, at the same time, offer BPC’s investors compelling, asymmetric upside potential. Bergen Park manages a Delaware Limited Partnership - the Bergen Park Global Opportunity Fund, LP. BPC also offers the long only equity component of the Opportunity Fund via the Bergen Park Foreign SMID Strategy. Both offerings are predominantly focused on foreign SMID stock selection. The Opportunity Fund has a more flexible mandate that allows for limited hedging and leverage.
