Close to nature we love real flavors Our site in Ivó /Izvoarele, located at the foot of the Madarasi Harghita Mountains, is highly influenced by the natural conditions of the mountains, clean water and air. One of the biggest challenges of the 21st century, that is, to bring suitable premium quality food from a controlled place, from a clean source, using high technology and environmentally friendly methods, to the table of the Dear Consumer. The Berke Group set this goal when it modernized its game processing plant, which it acquired in 2019, and as a result of three years of construction and modernization in one of the most natural locations in Central and Eastern Europe, incorporating the most innovative processing and food technologies and using natural raw materials, established one of the most modern processing companies in Romania. The central plant of our company, which deals with the processing of game, lamb, mangalitza and pork, is located in a picturesque place in the heart of Transylvania, in the settlement of Ivó, at the foot of Harghita. Meat processing, production, and packaging of the finished product are realized in a renovated and newly built environment thanks to the dedicated work of nearly 40 trained and experienced professionals.
