The company was formed by Stephen Lyth, an experienced organisational resilience and business operations professional, to provide practical, flexible and impartial support that is tailored to the specific needs of each client. Prior to forming Berkeley Stephens, Steve held senior management positions with FTSE 100 and US global finance organisations and is a member of the Business Continuity Institute, a PRINCE2® Practitioner and holds an honours degree in Accounting. With over 20 years experience and real-life expertise of managing incidents and business recoveries, we bring global experience to small and medium sized enterprises. Based south of Birmingham, in the West Midlands, we work throughout the UK with organisations of all sizes, across all sectors.
