Founded in January 1997, Berkowitz Oliver has grown to include approximately 30 experienced litigators, many of whom practiced at large law firms and have judicial clerkship experience. Our client list includes large Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller, local entities and individuals. We represent businesses and corporate officers in civil litigation, arbitration, and criminal defense and investigations.
