Berlin Angel Fund

Berlin Angel Fund is a brand of BACB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, the venture capital partner of Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V.(BACB). We combine the structure and financial possibilities of a venture capital fund with direct access to the support, network and know-how of far more than 100 active Business Angels from across Germany. Following the metaphore of the 2 wings of a Business Angel, we always invest our own money and offer ongoing personal guidance. This includes- active support from first money in to scaling of the business - personally involved Business Angels with skin in the game - direct access to hands on experience and know-how in (almost) all business sectors - some of the most experienced Business Angels and industry experts - ticket sizes up to as lead- and co-investor over multiple financing-rounds - vast network in the Berlin and German start-up ecosystem. Our shareholders are members of BACB e.V. with whom we are closely cooperating to generate our dealflow. Our personal experience as (serial-)founders, entrepreneurs and/or senior managers enables us to interact with founder teams on eye-level and to guide less experienced Business Angels towards more successful start-up investments.
