Der Berliner Krisendienst ist ein Gemeinschaftsangebot von sechs freien Trägern. Er bietet Unterstützung und Beratung für Menschen in psychosozialen Krisen bis hin zu akuten psychiatrischen Notsituationen. Er ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar. An neun Standorten werden Hilfesuchende ohne Anmeldung persönlich oder am Telefon beraten, nach Voranmeldung auch per Video – auf Wunsch anonym. Beratungen in Fremdsprachen sind nach Absprache möglich.
