Bernard & Wells Ltd has been established since June 2015. We are a semi virtual Estate and lettings agent specialising in Sales, Lettings and Property management. We have taken the away the traditional method of having a shop front and the majority of our work is conducted online. Our core value is understanding our clients and customers and we realise that online solutions are not for everyone. Therefore we believe that it is paramount to have a named Bernard & Wells representative that you can communicate with over the phone and in person (where applicable). Our main property market is South East London and we have representatives covering London and the South East, the East of England, the Midlands, and South and West Yorkshire. Our staff team are specialists and have a wealth of experience and knowledge within the industry and are passionate about what we do. Therefore we aim to guarantee a service of excellence. We are accredited by the UKLAP and are a member of the TPO redress scheme.
