We have plans to invest £140m in both our existing and new homes across a spectrum of types and tenures, re-define the range and impact of our service offer and implement a digital agenda to make those services just a few clicks away for our customers. Whilst predominantly a social landlord, we also have successful commercial trading subsidiaries that provide high quality block and facilities management, estate agency, private rented and open spaces management. We use the surplus they make to increase the social value we deliver to communities. We employ 550 people and have a progressive attitude to learning and innovation, with a commitment for staff to develop with us. During 2017 we were recognised as the Region’s fastest growing business, retained Investors in People gold accreditation and extended our award-winning apprenticeship and training programmes.
