Our current portfolio consists of 1.5 million square feet of owned and managed property. Brokerage & Leasing: Our team is responsible for in-house and third-party leasing assignments. We also conduct brokerage on behalf of companies and organizations seeking space. Our focus is on office and retail. Acquisitions, Development & Investments: We employ a value-add approach of asset and site acquisition through strategic leasing and improvement repositioning with the intent for long-term holds. For the right investment we will also deploy funds to borrowers and for equity inclusion in outside partnerships. We consider commercial, multi-family, retail and industrial opportunities in the mid-Atlantic region.
