What is Bissap? Bissap is a rich and nutritious hibiscus tea that has a juice like appearance and flavour similar to cranberry. Very high in antioxidants and minerals, west africans have been making and consuming this beverage for thousands of years for their dose of nutrition and energy. Bissap is made of dried organic hibiscus petals, brewed in exotic spices and sweetened with organic cane sugar. The popularity of Bissap has reached the caribbean countries as well and are called a different name, Roselle.
