Berrymobile

BerryMobile began in June as a roadside fruit stand on Mt Seymour Parkway in North Vancouver, selling Fraser Valley berries from the back of a truck. It was immediately apparent that this community was eager to reconnect with its agricultural roots. Many wanted to know where their fruit was grown and who was growing it. The realization that regional farmers had little or no outlet to nearby markets prompted us to begin a store delivery service in 2001. Our goal was clear: to make regionally grown products available to nearby communities. Every summer, we continue the tradition of connecting BC growers to their communities in the Lower Mainland.
