Bes Utilities

Launched in 2002, BES Utilities is a UK independent commercial utility supplier, comprising Business Energy Solutions Ltd and BES Commercial Electricity Ltd. Our Head Office is based in Fleetwood, Lancashire, and at the end of 2019 we were able to expand and open new offices in Manchester. In June 2019, we were delighted to launch our own metering division, BES Metering Services, which is based in Manchester. We pride ourselves on delivering consistently high levels of customer service and innovative products to organisations across all industries, all over the UK, and our vision is to become the best independent commercial energy supplier in the country. We aim to provide contracts that are straightforward, competitive, and most importantly, appropriate for individual business needs. We provide customers with a service which is fair, transparent, honest, and professional, and we continue to invest heavily in our people, processes and systems so we can improve our customer engagement. The Management Team aims to develop the brand and the offering, and build trusted partnerships with commercial customers, now and in the near future. We are proud supporters of the local community and recently donated to support a training programme aimed at tackling bullying in local schools, and we also support our customers too. We have introduced the BES Fund which supports self-employed and small business customers who find themselves in financial difficulty and are struggling to pay their utility bills.
