Our solutions are designed to work in low-resource settings and are tailored to the realities of African health systems. besaPharma enables pharmacies and small clinics to offer chronic disease monitoring and diagnostic screenings. From hypertension and diabetes to anaemia and other non-communicable diseases, besaPharma supports frontline healthcare providers with tools to test, record, and share results with patients - making early detection easier and more accessible at the community level. besaDx is our cloud-based platform for laboratories and imaging centers. It digitizes workflows across the diagnostic journey - from booking and registration to reporting and billing - while integrating with clinicians and referring doctors. besaDx improves turnaround times, supports remote access, and reduces fragmentation in care delivery. besaCare+ helps clinics and hospitals improve the patient experience through a digital appointment system that reduces waiting room congestion and improves communication. By streamlining the way patients interact with care facilities, besaCare+ enhances trust, efficiency, and continuity of care. In addition to powering facilities, besaCare also supports community-based screening programs in partnership with corporates, NGOs, and schools. These initiatives extend preventive care and diagnostic services into underserved populations, enabling early detection and health education where it matters most.
