Naivedhya's mission is to integrate western nutritional science with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to provide practical health and wellness offerings for modern well-being. Naivedhya means 'offering'. I truly believe that the food that we offer to ourselves and others has the profound effects on our body, mind and soul. After 11 years as a Clinical Dietitian, I took a huge leap of faith in 2012 and decided to start my own company and pursue my passion of empowering individuals through wellness. Naivedhya is where I spread the message of vegetarianism, culinary wellness and offer creative ways to put nutritional science in the forefront.
