Bespoke Travel Consult (BTC) is a travel management consultancy based in Accra, Ghana. The services on offer at BTC includes: Airline Reservations and Ticketing, Management of Frequent Flier Programs (FFP, Preferred Airline / Supplier Negotiation and Travel Management Reports. Our company provides clients travel advocacy, help busy corporate clients achieve streamlined travel processes and realise a significant return on investment on travel spend. The key objective of our company is to provide excellent travel services to corporate and business clients, but does not exclude family and other leisure travel customers. The travel needs of the corporate client are underpinned by high professional standards which are fulfilled at BTC. The travel agency is accredited by International Air Transport Association (IATA)- the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing some 275 airlines globally. Bespoke Travel Consult is also a registered member of Ghana Tourism Authority and Ghana Association of Travel and Tourists Agents (GATTA). BTC is managed by Nina Kumi who holds an MSc Air Transport Management from the City University, London, UK; BA (Hons), Travel & Tourism from the University of Luton, UK and a Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
